| | Having spent one year, the FW Blasting group of Inventec (Tianjin) Electronics Technology Co.,Ltd. developed a set of blasting procedures and a control system for data management. The system provides an excellent information exchange environment between server and client and supports 3rd-party blasting tools, totally 7 tools, such as IspVM /Xilinx /VC232 / PSOC Actel and so forth. In addition, the maintenance and management interface is easy and simple to use.
On February 12 th, 2007, the system was formally deployed and imported into the production lines of the customer. The feedback from the production lines indicated that the blasting efficiency increased by more than 15% and the error rate decreased by more than 20%. Furthermore, it enhanced the degree of production line automation. |

Due to this factor, Inventec (Tianjin) Electronics Technology Co.,Ltd. announced a WINPE (Windows Pre-executed Environment) solution on November 2nd, 2006 in Shanghai. With the facilitation resulting from new algorithms, factory engineers can directly fetch the drivers from WINXP and easily make it in the WINPE kernel. Using this solution, it is estimated to increase production by 30%-50%. |
